– The machine does not have a refund feature, so make sure you enter the correct amount or buy more drinks corresponding to the amount entered.

– The machine accepts only Vietnamese currency denominations: 1,000 – 2,000 – 5,000 – 10,000 – 20,000 – 50,000 – 100,000.

MOCA E-wallet: Open the E-wallet and scan “QR CODE”.

STEP 3:

• Wait for 45 – 60 seconds at the “PREPARATION PLACE”.
•  When the light is on and there is an alarm, open the door to get your drink
• Chose “YES” on the screen and “Get a Lid” if you need.
